What is your return policy for furniture?
We offer a 30-day return window for most items in their original condition. Please note that custom-made or 'made-to-order' pieces are final sale and cannot be returned.
Do you provide fabric and leather swatches?
We want you to be confident in your choice. You can request up to five complimentary swatches through our website to see how colors and textures look in your home's lighting.
What kind of warranty comes with my purchase?
All Exclusive Furniture pieces come with a standard one-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.
